All Professional Engineering work – All professional engineering work including site inspections, records review, research, report preparation, and trial appearance. Billed on a quarter-hour basis

Researcher - Billed on a quarter-hour basis

Deposition Testimony – Lexington and Louisville, KY area and via Zoom or other electronic means-- $1,500 flat fee for up to three hours of testimony. Additional appearance time will be billed on a whole-hour basis at $400/hr. Payment is expected prior to commencing testimony.

Additional Deposition Testimony Travel – Outside of Lexington and Louisville, KY area, billed on a quarter-hour basis

Project Travel time  - Regardless of method (other than for deposition testimony)

Mileage  - Reimbursed at current IRS Rate

Other consumables or services such as expendable field supplies, specialty printing, etc.
