Herb Goff has been a hands-on professional engineer for over 30 years and is licensed in several states. A Kentucky native and graduate of the University of Kentucky, Herb has investigated well over 3,000 cases. His education, training, and experience have allowed him to testify numerous times in federal and state court cases. Mr. Goff has both written and presented about giving expert testimony. In addition, he has mentored many other engineers in the art of expert testimony preparation and presentation. Herb has developed a handbook, processes, tools, and techniques to enable quick and precise site investigations that result in solid conclusions and expert opinions.

While Herb’s focus is code compliance and construction defects, he has investigated and testified in areas related to civil/structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering. His project scopes range from the simple and mundane to those garnering national attention. Mr. Goff gives his full attention to each project and focuses on his client’s needs.
